As many of you know, I have been studying to become certified to teach “Yoga for Osteoporosis”; the theoretical exam has been completed (with flying colors, I might add); and, now, I must pass my practicum. Please wish me well.
I know that the next time that you see me I will have a new certification and possibly some new initials to put at the end of my name on a business card.
Please forgive me for not having class during this time of intensive study; but, I can promise that you and I will both benefit from this next chapter in this yoga instructor’s journey.

There is one exception to the “no class during this time period” and it is Friday, February 24th at 10 am in Elizabethton at the Elizabethton First Presbyterian Church at 119 W. F Street. Class time is from 10-11 am. If you are missing your yoga, come see us!
