Yoga Elizabethton, TN. The intent of the class is to provide a yoga practice that will relax you as you wind down from your day. The class will go from 6:45 – 7:45 p.m. and will be held on the first floor of the church in Fellowship Hall. Please bring your props to include: a mat, 2 blocks, a blanket and a strap. Should you need assistance in acquiring the props, please email Crystal from this website with your requirements; she can help..|\Cost is $8 per class.
