Crystal’s 40-minute “Gentle Joints” yoga class is for anyone ….

 

  • New to yoga wanting to start slowly.  Some people are hesitant to jump into an hour or an hour-and-a-half long class; this class will give you an idea of what to expect from longer classes.
  • Having joint issues and wanting a little more attention.  Having arthritis or just-released from a doctor’s care for joint surgery or injury can potentially limit what you do; with modifications to poses, you can still enjoy your mobility.
  • On their lunch hour who wants to de-stress.  Starting at 12:10 and ending at 12:50 gives the working yogi time to get to class and back to work on time.
  • Pressed for time.  A little yoga is better than no yoga.
  • Who needs affordability.  This class only costs $5.

 

 

Crystal’s 60 and 90-minute “Alignment Based” classes are for anyone ….

 

  • That is a beginner or intermediate student wanting to improve their strength and  flexibility  through “Alignment Based” yoga principles.
  • Willing to accept modifications with their yoga poses.  Yoga is about the journey, not the pose.  Not everyone requires modifications.
  • Wanting variety in their classes.  There are 13 topics that we rotate through; for each of 13 weeks, you will enjoy a different class focus with variety within a focus.  You won’t get bored!
  • Acknowledging the need for relaxing and restoration.  Each class ends with a restorative.  Additionally, there is an hour-and-a-half long restorative class.

 

Crystal’s 60-minute “Glow Yoga” classes  ….

“Glow Yoga” refers not only to the flickering candles and shimmering white lights present in class, but also to the way you feel after attending a “Glow Yoga” class.  It is all about  releasing long held negativity resulting in a strong and flexible body; clear and calm mind; and,  an uplifted spirit.

 

Crystal’s “Bone Building & Osteoporosis” classes  are for anyone ….

  • That is a beginner or intermediate student wanting to improve their strength and  flexibility  through “Alignment Based” yoga principles.
  • That is a beginner or intermediate student wanting to improve their bone health through  “Alignment Based” yoga principles.
  • That is willing to commit to a 6-week plan to build bone and core.  Drop-ins are welcome.
  • Willing to accept modifications with their yoga poses.  Yoga is about the journey, not the pose.  Not everyone requires modifications.
  • Wanting variety in their classes.  There are 6 different topics that the 6-weeks will cover.
