As a gift to you, there will be a new “Yoga for the Health of It” class offered at Samadhi Healing Arts Center — starting January 5th; and, there is some new yogi friendly pricing — effective today.
First, the new class. The Tuesday night “Glow Yoga” class has been so popular that I will be adding another one. This one will be Monday evenings, so, those of you with conflicts on Tuesday now have a choice. The class will be from 5:30 – 6:30 pm and will begin Monday, January 5, 2015. The class is at Samadhi at 423 W. Walnut Street in Johnson City. All other currently scheduled classes will remain on the schedule. What are the changes? Please notice that all 40 minute classes are now $5. Additionally, the “Monthly Unlimited”, “Student”, and “New Students” (this is students new to Samadhi) pricing are new. For more detailed schedule information, please visit https://www.yogaforthehealthofit.com/ .
*The “Monthly Unlimited” applies not only to the yoga classes, but to all of the classes offered at Samadhi. This means that if you want to attend qi gong and yoga you can; and, you pay nothing more than that one monthly fee. You can also attend yoga and aikido. Or, you can attend qi gong and aikido and yoga. There are 9 classes a week offered at Samadhi; for the $60 pricing, you could attend all 9 classes in 1 week. Mix and match! The options are plentiful.
