It’s back! “Glow Yoga” aka “Candlelight Yoga” is back at Prestige Aesthetics and Penny Woods Skin Care, 217 East Unaka, Johnson City, TN.

It is called Glow Yoga because not only does the room glow with the multitude of candles, but also because your body, mind and spirit glow after your yoga practice.

Classes are offered Monday’s at 4:45 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. and on Tuesday’s at 5:45 p.m. Classes are one hour long.

The first Glow Yoga class is the Monday 6:00 p.m. class; it is a Restorative class. We go through 7 traditional yoga poses; each pose is totally supported leaving you feeling refreshed.

The 4:45 class on Monday’s and the 5:45 class on Tuesday’s come with an extra benefit; they are coupled with the Yoga Bone Building Classes only available by Tennessee’s only certified Yoga for Osteoporosis instructor, Crystal Gray.

The Bone Building Classes are $12 each or 6 for $60; the Restorative classes are $10 each or free with the purchase of 6 Bone Building Classes.
