This one-hour class incorporates all kinds of conditioning, strength and endurance exercises – and “drills”– and before you know it – it’s over – and you feel great! Please join us.

- BRING WATER and your yoga mat or large towel.
- EAT something before you come to class.
- Boot Camp requires energy and your body will need it.
- Don’t forget to mention your a Yoga Friend to get the class for free.
Bootcamp Trainer:
Debbie Conrad an an accomplished athlete. She has run seven marathons and competed in the Ironman, Panama City Beach in 2007, sponsored by Snickers Marathon Energy Bars in 2007-2008. She bikes, runs, or swims 5-6 days a week. She enjoys fitness and believes in practicing what she preaches.
Debbie is an ACE certified instructor in Personal Training. Specialties Include: Personal Training, Boot Camp, Spinning and group strength.
