The intent of the class is to provide a yoga practice that will energize and relax you as you go through your day. The class will go from 12:00 – 12:40 p.m. and will be held on the second floor of the church in Fellowship Hall. Please bring your props to include: a mat, 2 blocks, a blanket and a strap. Should you need assistance in acquiring the props, please email Crystal from this website with your requirements; she can help.|\Cost is $36 for a 6-week session. This 6-week session starts September 17th and ends October 22nd. Drop-ins are encouraged; the drop-in fee is $8.
