Hello Yogis and Yoginis,
Just wanted everyone to know that the schedule is “per usual” Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the week of November 25th, Thanksgiving week. So, all classes in Elizabethton, and Erwin are “a-go”. Friday, November 29th, and Saturday, November 30th, classes are cancelled. You’ll find the usual list of topics for Thanksgiving week listed below this entry.
I want to let all of you know how thankful I am to know you. It is an honor to be your yoga instructor.
