Yoga Intensive workshops (Pre-registration is always required) Asheville based yoga instructor, Nicole Kintz. Nicole will be teaching 2- 2.5 hour yoga intensives at New Paradigm Health Center in Johnson City.
Low Back and Core 9:00 – 11:30 am – Strengthening the low back and the core.
Shoulders and Backbends 1:00 – 3:30 pm – Take the shoulders through full range of motion and apply to a fully supported backbend sequence.
Location/Date: Workshops will be held at New Paradigm Health Center at 113 E. Unaka in Johnson City, TN on September 22, 2012.
